Winnings are tax-free for Ontario residences. Non-Ontario residents are subject to their local tax laws on lottery/raffle winnings and are responsible for all filings.
Due to our lottery licensing restrictions and lack of manpower, we are unable to take ticket orders by mail or phone. All ticket sales must go through the online ticketing portal. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT IN THE MAIL. All payments received in the mail will be returned.

Yes, your ticket will remain valid for the remainder of the draws.
Yes, Fill out the personal information for the person you want to buy the tickets for except use the postal code associated with the credit card you will be using to purchase the tickets. Most banks use the postal code to verify the credit card holder is purchasing the tickets. This will avoid the purchase from being declined.
Not to worry, we have all your information. We just require photo id to claim the prize.
This is usually solved by using a different browser. Chrome, Firefox and Safari work best.
The most common reason credits card get rejected is due to an “Address Verification Error” This is an added layer of security some banks use to make sure the card is being used by the authorized card holder. When filling in your address make sure it is exactly what is on your credit card statement. If the statement says you live at “123 Main Street” do not use “123 Main St’ or “Court” do not use “Crt” or visa versa or use an abbreviated version of your city or town name. Postal Codes must be correct also.
