By purchasing a ticket for the Fabulous Fenwick Lions Club Car Raffle (“Raffle”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- No Returns or Refunds:
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for purchased raffle tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- Inability to attend the raffle draw. (Do not have to be present at the event to win).
- Loss or theft of the ticket.
- Disqualification due to non-compliance with raffle rules.
- Non-Transferable Tickets:
- Raffle tickets are strictly non-transferable.
- Only the original purchaser whose name appears on the ticket is eligible to claim any prize.
- Attempts to transfer tickets will result in disqualification without refund.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- All participants must meet the eligibility requirements as stated in the official raffle rules.
- If a participant is found ineligible after purchasing a ticket, no refund will be provided.
- Cancellations by Organizer:

Terms & Conditions for the Fabulous Fenwick Lions Club Car Raffle

By purchasing a ticket for the Fabulous Fenwick Lions Club Car Raffle (“Raffle”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years or older: Only individuals aged 18 or above may purchase tickets and claim prizes.
- Residency Requirement: Tickets must be purchased by individuals residing within [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Ontario, Canada].
Ineligible Participants:
- Members of the Fabulous Fenwick Lions Club.
- Family members residing at the same address as a Lions Club member.
- Any tickets purchased in violation of this rule will be disqualified without a refund.
- Ticket Purchase:
- All sales are final: No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed.
Limitations: Maximum [Insert Limit if applicable] tickets per person.
- Proof of Purchase: Retain your ticket as proof of purchase; lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

- Prizes
- 1st Early Bird Draw – April 21, 2025 at 8 pm for $1,000.00 cash will be drawn at the Fenwick Lions Club House 999 Church St Fenwick Ont.
- 2nd Early Bird Draw – June 16th, 2025 at 8 pm for 3- hour Exotic Car Tour value at $1,622.68 will be drawn at the Fenwick Lions Carnival 999 Church St Fenwick Ont.
- 3rd Bird Draw – Aug.4th, 2025 at 8 pm for the 6- hour Exotic Car Tour for 2 valued at $2,413.68 will be drawn at Fenwick Lions Carnival 999 Church St Fenwick Ont.
- Grand Prize Draw – September 9th, 2025 at 2 pm for a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro appraised at $70,000.00 will take place at 2:00 pm at the Fenwick Lions Rumble in the Village Car Show at 999 Church St. Fenwick Ontario. Canada
Claim Period:
- Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes:
- The prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
- Fees:
- License and insure the car from the time of ownership. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for delivery of vehicle.
- Publicity Release:
- By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Disqualification
The following actions may result in disqualification without refund:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false information during ticket purchase.
- Attempting to transfer tickets.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Fabulous Fenwick Lions Club is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, or misdirected tickets.
- Technical or communication failures affecting ticket purchase.
- Any injury, loss, or damage related to participation in the Raffle.
